Sharir Kriya is the science, which deals with the study of human body in relation to its Physiological norms i.e. functioning of human body in its normal state.
swasthvrittat
Swasthvrittat department entertains teaching and training modules on preventive medicine, social medicine, yoga, Naturopathy, ayurvedic nutrition and dietetics.
DRAVYAGUN
The department comparable to pharmacological sciences of modern medicine deals with teaching of pharmacology in Ayurveda like drug identification, standardisation pharmaco kinetics, pharmaco dynamics and pharmaco therapeutics.
RASASHASTRA AND BHAISHAJYA KALPANA
The department has well equipped laboratories with advanced instrumentation. It has a very good collection of specimens, models and charts for the conduct of practical session for the students.
ROGNIDAN-VIKRUTIVIDNYANT
Rognidan-Vikrutividnyan is the foundation of all the clinical subjects.
AGAD TANTRA AND VYAVAHARA AYURVED
The department deals with Toxicology, forensic medicine and medical jurisprudence.
Kayachikitsa
Kayachikitsa is the subject taught in the final year B.A.M.S. Professional Degree course, it is the important basic clinical subject of Ayurveda. Kayachikitsa is the foremost branch of Astanga Ayurveda.
PANCHAKARMA
Department of Panchakarma is one of the highly specialized and most important clinical Departments of Dr. G.D.Pol Foundation Ayurvedic College and hospital.
STRIROG PRASUTITANTRA
This department is a very special department of the college; here we implement the Mother and Child health care programme. Prasooti – Tantra & Stri – Roga is a clinical Department that teach obstetrics and Gynecology in IIIrd Professional of B.A.M.S course.
SHALYA TANTRA
Department of Shalya Tantra or Department of Surgery is one of the clinical departments that teaches and trains the students of 3rd year B.A.M.S.in old course and 4th year in new course.
SHALAKYA TANTRA
Shalakyatantra is one of the eight branches of Ayurveda that includes the diseases of Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat and Orodental (urdhva jatrugata vikaaras).
